This was such a lively chat with a lively and lovely person. It was filled with so many profound paradigm shifts, at one point, my mind was blown with her take on the well-used aphorism: "feel the fear and do it anyway!"
You may be able to relate to her when she talks about her old, soul-sucking job, a place filled with toxicity and faking it till you make it. But what happens when you look put together on the outside, but on the inside, you feel anxious and unworthy?
Well, you follow your intuition and honor the person you were meant to be, and her intuition led her to help people find their voice and be in alignment with their business using a tool called Human Design. Find out what Human design is and how she handles confidence and fear as a healerpreneur.
Kendra is the author of 2 books: “The 7-Step Morning Manifestation Guide” and “Mind Boss Habits, 12 Steps to Getting out of Your Head and Into Action”. And she is a contributing author to the Amazon bestselling book, “Girl Get Up And Win.”

Vidya Ananthanarayanan

Monday Dec 14, 2020
Redefining yourself, in every way, that’s Vidya’s business. As you will hear she doesn’t use the word “business,” instead she goes against the grain of the typical business model for the world of coaching and she practices unmarketing. She doesn’t bother with niches, instead, she uses the idea of a donation box that you will find in Hindu temples in India when it comes to her work.
Huh, what are you talking about you might say to yourself… I’m talking about this week’s guest, whom you will absolutely love. She has such a bff energy about her that in the end, you will definitely want to dance the tango with her. She was also guided to do a card reading for you which is at the end of this episode, so let’s put all my references into context with Vidya Anathanaryanan, this week’s confident healer.
Vidya is a Life Explorer/Adventurer and multi-passionate Possibilitarian who thrives on negotiating the twists and turns of this crazy adventure called life. She is a knowledge seeker and funster, and her passion is empowering YOU to get Unstuck; to illuminate that which is hidden from you; to ignite you into inspired action so that YOU feel confident in creating the life of your dreams from a position of self-awareness and empowerment. She is THE Life Adventure Guide, a spiritual doula and transformational life coach.
Her other "hats" include entrepreneur, scholar-researcher, intuitive, and Founder and Chief of Everything at Totally Vidya Life Coaching, LLC.

Victoria Ramos

This week’s episode is a little bit different. In the past episodes healers have talked about what gives them confidence as healerpreneurs. There are many ways to build confidence and I wanted to focus this episode on using the body— our lived experiences to build our confidence. And I couldn’t think of a better person to talk about this than asking my very dear friend Victoria Ramos, to be this week’s guest. she has used her body her whole life as fine-tuned instrument, first as a dancer, swimmer, and gymnast. As an adult, she became a yoga practitioner and teacher. She later became highly trained in many different spiritual and body-based therapies, including Somatic Experiencing a modality created by Dr. Peter Levine.
We examine confidence through her lens of Somatic Experiencing, and I asked her if she could lead a somatic-based process to build confidence. It’s called, Access Confidence and it’s about 15 minutes long, it’s in the last 20 minutes of the episode. We will remind you to pause the recording before the Access Confidence guided process begins, don’t listen to it while driving.
Victoria is a painter and mix-media artist. In the healing arts, she has over 20 years of experience teaching vinyasa-based yoga and as a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing a modality created by Dr. Peter Levine. In her private practice, she incorporates Shamanic techniques, yoga, psycho-spiritual counseling, Somatic Experiencing and Deep Memory Processing to offer a unique blend of imagery and movement which allows for many levels of expression in her client's therapeutic experience
She is certified to teach trauma-sensitive yoga to populations that have experienced overwhelming events in life. She has studied Jungian Depth Psychology and dreamwork. And she still assists in the Peter Levine training program for the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. In her workshops, she weaves shamanic practices, dreamwork, and art to guide you to express the authentic essence of your unique being.
I hope you enjoy Victoria's wisdom!

In this week's episode, it’s just me, myself, and I, chiming in about how much I have learned from each guest and I talk about why self-love during a pandemic is essential. With the news that most of California is going back to tighter restrictions, and many countries are having a second deadly wave, it’s so important to take care of your mind, body, and spirit during this time.
But never fear, I give you many different ways to love yourself, simple ways to add some self-care in your day. I get into the nanosphere of self-love, especially if you are on a budget. You don’t have to spend money on anything extra, the only thing you are spending is some extra time with yourself to get refreshed and recharged so that you stop running on empty, and be able to show up in your life in a new way, feeling fulfilled and happy. YES DAMMIT, it’s important to find happiness in the middle of fucking global pandemic, it will help your overall outlook on life and boost your immune system. This is vitamin love for your soul. :D
This podcast is a product of my self-love, I have been so nourished by meeting new people and being to help others. It is also helping me to be more consistent with creating content and putting myself "out there" and mending my relationship to marketing. It's less of a chore, still not as fun, but I accept it and have less of a charge about it.
If you never thought about self-care, now is the time, and I have some really surprising and easy ways to love yourself up. So click the link to hear listen to this week’s confident healer...yours truly! :D
Sharmila teaches healers to find and cultivate their intuitive gifts. She is a Self Love Expert, Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Reader, Intuitive Energy Healer and Intuitive Consultant. She also hosts The Confident Healer (if you didn’t know!)

In this episode, it kind of felt like we were chatting next to a fire pit, and that is due to the warmth that my next guest exudes. In this conversation we talk about trust with a capital T, they explain what folk healing, conjure and hoodoo is, and they teach us how to use doubt as an ally. I think you will feel like I did, that this special soul holds a space that is soothing, deeply nourishing, and peaceful but don’t take my word for it, experience it for yourself, so grab some tea and sit down with Richael Faithful, this week’s confident healer.
Richael Faithful is a writer, Black multi-disciplinary folk healing artist, healing justice strategist, complex conversation facilitator, community lawyer and, a visionary creative who calls DC and Virginia home. Their writing has been nationally featured in The Root, Everyday Feminism, Huffpost and has contributed to several anthologies, notably Lambda Literary award nominee, Outside the XY: Queer, Black and Brown Masculinity, and Justice: Re-Imagining Land, Food and the Commons. Omar Khayyam Yeldell

Monday Oct 26, 2020
And oh what a gift he is! This interview had so much going on, I had to break it down in two parts. My next guest, is a podcaster’s dream, he is a great talker and not afraid of being honest and candid about his life. In the first part, we were just chatting, when he started telling me about his family history and healing so I hit the record button. In the following 20 minutes or so you are going to really understand this man and why he is so passionate about spiritual healing. Then you will hear me officially start the interview.
In part two, he chimes in about working with entities, partnering with a demonologist, being clairvoyant and his love for the Bible—these are just some of the topics we talked about. I would be remiss if I didn’t point out that this is being released during the week of All hallow’s eve, Dia de Los Muertos which all originates from the Pagan festival Samhain, it’s Divine timing, right!!! So join me with the ever so enlightening Omar Khayyam Yeldell, this week’s confident healer.
I also wanted to mention that Omar gladly takes donations for some of his clients that have financial struggles. You can find the donation button on his website (see below for the link). Thank you so much for listening!
Omar mentioned the book by William Bramley, called "Gods of Eden."

Healing through grief and loss
Monday Oct 19, 2020
Monday Oct 19, 2020
This person likes the number eight and wanted to record her interview on the Lion’s Gate, 8/8. The Lion’s Gate energy is all about more fully awakening your Divine Light, it’s about alignment and activating your true essence and embodying it. Looking back, it’s amazing how this all came together, two seemingly strangers, brought together by our Divine Infinite Selves collaborating so that she can share her message of strength, and unconditional love.
She went through a profound and tragic experience that fundamentally altered her life on every single level. You are about to get a huge heart activation. So sit back and receive. Her bright energy and her message offer hope to so many people going through so much loss right now.
The 10-day silent meditation retreat in Mexico that she talked about is called: Hridaya Yoga

This week's episode, I spoke with Deepa Pulipati, a friend that I met from our Bollywood dance class. We get a therapist’s expertise about cultivating healthy self-confidence and self-esteem, and she was kind enough to share some of her struggles with confidence as an Indian immigrant making her way through graduate school in the U.S. You will find out some of the pitfalls that can lead to a lack of confidence and she talks about solutions to build it back up. I love Deepa's message that it’s never too late to have a strong sense of inner confidence even when your dreams and passions get tested.
Deepa Pulipati is a mother to a 14-year-old boy who keeps her on her toes, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Certified facilitator for Brené Brown workshops for Daring Greatly, Rising Strong and BOLD teen workshops. She also specializes in working with parents in custody conflicts and mediating their parenting agreements. And she is currently Adjunct Faculty at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, teaching in their Master of Clinical Psychology Program.
